Direct Approach Psychotherapy is in network with Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealth insurance companies. For all other insurance companies, Direct Approach Psychotherapy can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement will depend on your insurance plan.

Private Pay Rates

Therapy

• $150 for 50-55 minute session
  

Supervision

• $75 for 60 minute individual session
• $50 for 60 minute dyad session (per person)

Payment Methods

Direct Approach Psychotherapy accepts cash, all major credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. All payments are due at the time of service.

Cancelations & No Show Policy

• Direct Approach Psychotherapy allows appointment cancelations up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let your therapist know at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any appointments that are not canceled with at least 24-hours notice will be charged the full rate your appointment.
• All no-show appointments will be charged the full rate of the appointment.
  

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
